  • Carrot Cake – with cream cheese frosting…swoon! – $45 for a 2 layer 9″ round cake
  • Chocolate Cake – frosted with chocolate, mocha, or cream cheese frosting, with any of the above between the two layers, or choose fresh raspberry jam!
  • Yellow Cake – frosted with any of the above and adorned with fruits and fresh edible flowers, when in season.
  • Gluten Free Carrot Cake – you read that correctly!  and it’s soooo good!  $45 for a 2 layer 9″ round cake
  • Gluten Free Chocolate Cake – $45 for a 2 layer 9″ round.  Let’s talk frosting flavors!
  • Gluten Free Vanilla Cake – $45 – for a 2 layer 9″ round cake. Want some fresh seasonal fruit in there?  We can make that happen!
  • Want your cake in cupcake form?  I can do that too!  $25 for the first dozen, $20 per dozen after that.
  • Gluten Free Banana-Almond Butter-Chocolate Chip Muffins – oh yeah!  $18 for 6 “Texas” muffins (that means they’re large and in charge!)
  • Bacon Cinnamon Rolls – You read that correctly!  Brioche dough swirled around cinnamon, sugar, and real nitrate-free bacon.  Smothered in Cream Cheese Frosting. A Pedals and Pastries ORIGINAL!
  • Muffsants – another Pedals and Pastries original!  Layers of flaky croissant dough caramelized with sugar.  Based on a recipe from Britany, France called the kouign amain
  • bran muffins – not your Granny’s bran muffins!  These have dates, golden raisins, and lots of local honey! – $20 a dozen
  • banana bread – a dozen muffins or a big fat loaf! – $20 for a dozen muffins or a hefty loaf

  • lemon poppy seed – muffins or loaf – you choose how you want to share!
  • fruit crumble bars – shortbread meets homemade jam and the love never ends! – $25 for a dozen large squares or two dozen smaller bars.

    • I like to use what’s local and in season, but sometimes I have last season’s fruit stashed in the freezer!  $24 pie
